DCLA Services are available to both the public and the trade.

All diamonds submitted for grading must be loose (unmounted in jewellery).

In Person

You may submit your diamond in person to the DCLA laboratory, during hours of operation 9:30am to 4:30pm Mon-Fri, at:

  • Diamond Certification Laboratory of Australia
  • Suite 1, Level 1, Piccadilly Tower
  • 133 Castlereagh Street
  • Sydney NSW 2000

Courier

DCLA uses Failproof National Couriers within Australia and Brinks for international customers.

DCLA will return goods sent in by Australian Post or other couriers, when sent with a self addressed return bag.

Please ensure that you arrange for appropriate insurance coverage when sending diamonds to the laboratory.

The DCLA is insured for all outgoing shipping with secure couriers as well as postal services. Please be aware however, that if you send with the postal services insurance limitations may apply.
